Step 2: Transfer Your Domain

If you have already registered your domain name elsewhere, you will need to transfer your domain name to us.

When you transfer, you will be asked to supply two sets of contact information: account owner (your account with us) and Whois (admin, technical and billing for the domain name - see the Whois topic).

Per ICANN policy, a domain name transfer is not allowed within the first 60 days of a domain name's initial registration.  You can, however, change the domain name's nameservers at any time.

To continue the transfer process at our end, then please contact us with the domain name to be transferred, a confirmation that it has been unlocked at the existing registrar, and its unique authorization code.

Some country code top-level domain names (e.g. domain.co.uk) do not require the use of authorization codes.
