Manage Appointments and Tasks

To add an appointment/event

First, make sure you're on the Calendar tab in SiteMail.  If not, click Calendar along the top of the interface.

Select the calendar to which you wish to add the appointment.

Click New.

Enter the details, and click Save Event.

Alternatively, you can double-click the starting time of the appointment in the Day view.  A one-hour block will appear, for which you can either enter the title of the appointment by clicking once, or double-click it to enter full details.

 

To edit an appointment/event

First, make sure you're on the Calendar tab in SiteMail.  If not, click Calendar along the top of the interface.

Select the appointment block in the Day view.

Click Modify.

Edit the details, and click Save Event

Alternatively, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the appointment block in the Day view.

You can also drag-and-drop an appointment block to shift its time or duration.

 

To delete an appointment/event

First, make sure you're on the Calendar tab in SiteMail.  If not, click Calendar along the top of the interface.

Select the appointment block in the Day view.

Click Delete.

Alternatively, click the x icon in the upper-right corner of the appointment block in the Day view.

 

To add a task

First, make sure you're on the Calendar tab in SiteMail.  If not, click Calendar along the top of the interface.

Click Tasks.

The list of calendars is now replaced by a list of tasks.

To add a new task, click the + button at the bottom-left corner, and enter the title of the task.

When a task is completed, click the green checkmark icon on the right side of each task.

To return to the list of calendars, click Tasks again.
