To add a task

First, make sure you're on the Calendar tab in SiteMail. If not, click Calendar along the top of the interface. |

Select the calendar to which you wish to add the appointment. |

Click New. |

Enter the details, and click Save Event. |

Alternatively, you can double-click the starting time of the appointment in the Day view. A one-hour block will appear, for which you can either enter the title of the appointment by clicking once, or double-click it to enter full details. |

Click Modify. |

Edit the details, and click Save Event |

Alternatively, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the appointment block in the Day view. You can also drag-and-drop an appointment block to shift its time or duration. |
To delete an appointment/event

Select the appointment block in the Day view. |

Click Delete. |

Alternatively, click the x icon in the upper-right corner of the appointment block in the Day view. |

Click Tasks. |

The list of calendars is now replaced by a list of tasks. |

To add a new task, click the + button at the bottom-left corner, and enter the title of the task. |

When a task is completed, click the green checkmark icon on the right side of each task. To return to the list of calendars, click Tasks again. |
