Add Contacts & Groups

To add a new contact

First, make sure you're on the Contacts tab in SiteMail.  If not, click Contacts along the top of the interface.

Click New Contact.

Fill out the details.

If you would like to add a picture or image of the contact, then click on the placeholder image.  Your computer will prompt you to locate the picture or image file.

Click Save Contact.

To add a new group

First, make sure you're on the Contacts tab in SiteMail.  If not, click Contacts along the top of the interface.

Click New Group and enter the name of the group.

To add members to this group, open other groups and drag a contact into the new group.  To move multiple contacts at once, check the boxes next to the names and drag together.
