If you use a generic e-mail address, such as support@mydomain.com or sales@mydomain.com, whose messages need to be read by multiple people at all times, then use the Mail Forwarding tool to automatically forward all e-mail messages sent to an address to up to four other recipients.
To activate, log in to SiteMail and click Settings. On the Settings page, click Mail Forward. You can enter up to four other recipients. Click Save Settings.
