PayPal Website Payments Pro

The following information is specific to Website Payments Pro payment gateways. Before enabling this payment module, you must first acquire the API Credentials from PayPal.

To acquire the API Credentials:

1	Log in to your PayPal account.
2	Click My Account tab.
3	Click Profile.
4	Under the Account Information column, click API Access.
5	Under Option 2, click Request API Credentials.
6	Select Request API Signature and click Submit.
7	On the subsequent page, the API Username, Password and Signature will be displayed. Take note of this information and copy-paste them in Merchant Manager admin.
8	Click Done.

To enable the Payments Pro payment module in Merchant Manager:

1	Log in to your Merchant Manager administration interface.
2	Click Orders, then Checkout.
3	Click PayPal Website Payments Pro.
4	Click Install, then Edit.
5	Enter the appropriate settings for your Payments Pro account. Enable this Payment Module: Select Yes to enable. API Username: Enter the API user name provided to you by PayPal. API Password: Enter the API password. API Signature: Enter the API signature. Transaction Server: Select Live for live transactions and Sandbox for testing. Transaction Method: If you prefer to only authorize the transaction, then select Authorize; if you prefer to instantly transfer the funds to your PayPal account, then select Sale. Payment Zone: If defined, then the PayPal Standard IPN method will be available only to orders within that defined zone. Set Order Status: Set the status of orders made with this payment method. Sort order of display: Set the order of display of this payment method compared to other payment methods on the checkout page. Starting from 0 (zero), lower numbers have higher display priority.
