You can use your mobile phone or mobile device (such as a PDA) to check your SiteMail account. If your device is WAP 2 and XHTML compatible, you can log on to your SiteMail account and send or receive e-mail.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide technical support for using mobile devices with SiteMail. If you are having problems using the mobile access feature, make sure your device is WAP-2 and XHTML compatible. Contact the manufacturer if you are unsure about your device's compatibility. |
To access SiteMail using a mobile device
On your mobile device, use the Services menu or option to log on to the following Web site:
http://sitemail.siteprotect.comhttp://sitemail.siteprotect.com
When the SiteMailLogin page appears, enter your SiteMail account information and log on to your account.
After you have logged on to your account, you can use the following features on your mobile device:
Show Unread – Opens your Inbox and shows unread messages only.
Show All – Opens your Inbox and shows all messages.
Compose Message – Compose and send e-mail using your mobile device.
Options – Change account settings. Click here to learn more about changing account settings.
Address Book – Access your Address Book and enter new or change existing contacts. You can also send e-mail to a contact in your Address Book.
