Send on Behalf
This optional function allows the person who uses a specific mailbox to send on behalf of another person. By default, mailboxes show up under "May not send on behalf of", but you can select a particular mailbox and then click the Allow Permissions button. (Ex: if you are creating a mailbox for an administrative assistant, then you might choose to allow that person to send on behalf of the people or person they report to.)
Accept and Reject
This feature is not available in the current version of MS Exchange.
