To configure Outlook 2000:

Go to the menu bar at the top of the screen and choose Tools > Accounts. |

In the Internet Accounts window, click the Add button. |

Select the Mail menu item. |

On the Internet Connection Wizard screen, type your name. |

Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. |

Type the desired email address in the Internet Email Address screen. Ex. joe@yourdomain.com |

Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. |

On the Email Server Names screen, specify that “My incoming mail server is a Pop3 server” by selecting thePOP3 option from the drop-down menu. |

Type the incoming mail server name in the Incoming mail server text field. Ex: pop.yourdomain.com |

Type the outgoing mail server name in the Outgoing mail server text field. Ex: smtp.yourdomain.com

Click the Next button. |

On the Internet Mail Logon screen, type in the first part of your email address in the Account name text field. Ex. joe

Type the password in the Password text field. |
|

Click the Next button. |

Select the I will establish my Internet connection manually radio button.

Click the Next button. |

On the Congratulations screen, click the Finish button. |
